This plan is for those that want to purchase, but would rather not pay one lump-sum.  How it works: you pay $100-$200 per month from April to September. By October, when your meat will be processed, your animal should be over-paid for (and we would refund you any overpayment) or slightly under paid (and you would pay the difference).  We will send you a message at the beginning of each month as a reminder and you will receive an invoice for each payment.

* Prices are based on hanging weight, and include slaughter, cut/wrap and free delivery to Grand Forks, BC.
In August we will send out cut sheets for you to choose how you would like your hog portioned, as well as firm dates of harvest.
Hogs are raised in our forest in the North Fork Valley, where they enjoy the bounty of our farm produce as well as a balanced feed ration.  This summer marks our 10th year growing pork for our community.
